LCSW or LPC-School-Based Health Center

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor completes assessments, individual, group and family therapy, coordinates care with psychiatrist, referral sources, primary care physicians, assists with completion of all necessary case records on all assigned students, updating information as appropriate. Position schedule follows the school schedule. 10 month assignment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

1. Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work

2. Current licensure in good standing in the state of Louisiana

Experience

1. Three to five years of post-master’s experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults

2. Prior outpatient treatment experience

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

This position will work 9-10 months; paid for 10 months per year; paid in bi-weekly installments for 12 months.
