Lead Behavioral Health Associate

The Lead Behavioral Health Associate will provide scheduling coverage as needed to ensure all Community Housing locations are fully staffed. They will be critical to the training of new staff and to the upkeep of shared living areas. The lead will also provide meals for residents and accompany residents on outings and may be asked to assist with appointment transportation.

Shifts are from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on a rotating schedule of 3 and 4 days a week, with the potential of more due to coverage needs.

1 year of experience working as a Direct Service Professional

6 months of experience working as a Direct Service Professional in the field of behavioral health

Compensation:

Salary starts at $22.66 and hour to $29.26 based on relevant work experience and/or education. This range is based on the average earned wage including regularly scheduled overtime.

Compensation Range:

$35,000 – $50,000
