Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Summary: The Lead Monitor Technician (MT) Observes telemetry monitors
to support the delivery of care to all patients requiring telemetry
monitoring. The Lead MT complies with all hospital policies/procedures. In
addition, the Lead MT assists with ongoing training and/or precepting of new
and current employees as directed by the supervisor. The Lead MT is
responsible for ensuring new processes, equipment and other changes are
communicated and/or taught to other Monitor Techs.
# What qualifications you will need:
* High School Diploma/GED required
- 6 months prior hospital clinical or patient care experience
- BLS Certification required
- Knowledge of medical terminology
HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 404-bed tertiary care hospital. We are
accredited by the Joint Commission and are a Level II Trauma Center. We are a
teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital
is conveniently and centrally located in the Heart of Kissimmee. We are only
minutes from Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, and Poinciana. We are committed

Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, Heart & Vascular Institute, and
Comprehensive Stroke Center. Other services include The Baby Suites Maternity
