Job Summary and Qualifications

# Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Full-time, DAY shift

To administer, analyze and appraise the care given to patients within the
Respiratory department. To advise the Director of Respiratory Services
regarding the status of patient care, budgetary projections, and quality
improvement processes. To anticipate and estimate future needs of the Units
and to improve quality of patient care. To collaborate and coordinate the
efforts of the staff of the Respiratory Department to accomplish the mission
of HCA Florida Lake City Hospital.
What qualifications you will need:

* Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy

• State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Acute care experience is required
• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
