Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who:

Responsibilities:

* Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
* Provide individual, family, crisis, and group counseling and therapy
* Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, etc.
* Advocate for and link clients to community resources and services
* Maintain timely and detailed progress notes and client records
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care
* Adhere to state laws, regulations, and professional ethics standards

Requirements:

* Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
* Active license to practice as an LSW in the state
* 2+ years of post-graduate direct clinical experience
* Strong assessment, therapy, case management, and documentation skills
* Ability to manage crisis situations appropriately
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion
