Quality Healthcare Clinic, LLC is an independent primary care office that also offers integrated behavioral health services as well as an in-house specialty clinic. Our office is located in Sutton, Nebraska which, although rural, is located within an hour of Grand Island, Hastings, York, Aurora and Geneva.

JOB OPPORTUNITY:
Quality Healthcare Clinic (QHC) is actively seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to provide outpatient therapy services both in-person and via tele-behavioral remote).
This position allows the practitioner to provide therapy remotely, although we are seeking an individual who can work on-site at a minimum of 3 days per week.

The successful applicant will work with a team of excellent professionals to help clients struggling with a variety of mental health conditions or addictions. A candidate must be compassionate, detail-oriented and willing to work in an environment where confidentiality is of the utmost importance. The therapist will provide treatment plans and support in order to help clients help themselves. Someone wanting to build a successful mental health practice in a small rural community would be the perfect fit for this opportunity.
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Intake assessments
Diagnose and treat patients of all ages for behavioral health using evidence-based therapy methods
Provide individual, family and potentially group therapy/counseling sessions
Maintain behavioral health records via the use of Electronic Medical Records system
Follow standards of care for each client/patient
Participate in continuing education programs as needed
Remain current with behavioral health trends and information that influences treatment methods
Maintains a high level of integrity
Strong drive to succeed!
Presents a high level of knowledge in mental health field Prior experience required.
Pay:$35.00 – $50.00 per hour
