LPN or RN (Charge Qualified) – Long Term Care

Required Skills:

Provide direction, assessment, supervision and evaluation of resident care

Implement facility policies, procedures, and coordinates nursing activities with other services provided by members of health care team

Provides supervisory direction and development of all CNA’s

Qualifications:

LPN or RN License required

BLS required

ACLS preferred

2 – 3 years experience in a health care setting preferred
