Job Summary and Qualifications

_Role Summary:_ Performs various maintenance tasks to insure a safe and
functional environment. Monitors construction and renovation projects.

# _What qualifications you will need:_

Required Education: High School Graduate or (4-years) Equivalent
experience working in the capacity of general maintenance.
Required License: Must have a valid NC driver’s license or procure one
within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two
years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 21 years of age to
meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
Required Experience: 1-year in a general maintenance capacity.
Preferred Experience: General equipment or building maintenance. __
Mission Hospital McDowell is a community hospital with 25+ beds, including
five labor and delivery suites, serving McDowell County. Located in Marion,
North Carolina, we offer many specialties, including family medicine, internal
medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, urology, obstetrics and gynecology, and
walk-in, non-emergency care at Mission My Care Now McDowell. Five of Mission
Hospital McDowell’s primary care practices have been recognized by the Centers
for Medicare & Medicaid Services as Rural Health Clinics. We have received
many awards, which include Leapfrog Group Best Performer for pediatric head
