Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Radiation Oncology is responsible for departmental daily
operations within. This position manages employees, participates in strategic
planning, oversees billing and coding, maintains and ensures processes are in
place for appropriate reimbursement for patient population, provides customer
service and service recovery, and undertakes any other assignments made by the
Oncology Director and/or COO.
W hat qualifications you will need:

• 3+ years of applicable experience required
• 3+ years of managerial/supervisory experience required
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• ARRT-(RT) registration required
• Radiation experience highly preferred for this role
