Position Details :

* Proudly serving Wheeler County
* Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients:
* Develops a plan of care for each patient, including: complete medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referrals.
* Review laboratory test results, educate patients as necessary, follows-up as appropriate, initiate patient referrals and tests, etc.
* Take phone calls from patients, pharmacies, etc.
* 1.0 FTE (4-Days a Week)
* Education Opportunities with local EMT Teams
* EMR system EPIC

Position highlights:

* $105k annual compensation, based on experience
* NHSC Loan Repayment
* Relocation Allowance of $10k
* Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)

Qualifications:

* Completion of an Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant
(ARC-PA)-approved program (prior to January 2001, completion of a Commission on
Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs-approved program).
* Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
(NCCPA).
* Current licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant issued by the Oregon State Medical Board.
* Must hold ACLS, BLS, and PALS Certification(s).
