Position Description
* Works with Director of Imaging to develop MRI Safety Program
* Works with Radiologist to develop MRI Program and Protocols
* Trains and conducts ongoing reviews on clinical competencies of trainees
* Assists with day to day unit operational issues
* Works with team and customer on protocol development and review
* Under the direction of the Imaging Director, and the medical direction of the radiologists, perform all phases of cross sectional imaging
* Scheduling, transporting patients, ordering supplies, inventory, cleaning, and anything deemed necessary by the Medical Imaging Management Team
* Technologist is responsible for the Protection of patients and staff from the magnetic field, including but not limited to all safety measures
* May perform duties of Radiology Technologist as assigned or required
* Responsible for patient safety including pre-screening for contraindications, aseptic injection technique, and radiation safety/regulations, including proper documentation and technique when working with radioactive materials/patients

Education & Experience Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 years of MR experience is required
* ARRT (MR)(CT)
* MR Registry required
* CT Registry required
