Compensation and Benefits:
* Up to $100,000 signing/ retention bonus
* Salary range of $270,000 – $300,000

Highlights of being a Provider at MCHC:
* Highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. You will have support.
* Outpatient only.
* We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Behavioral Health counselors (LCSW’s, MFT’s, or PsyD) to provide true wrap-around care.
* We have language immersive Pods to provide culturally focused healthcare to our pts.
* The team has a clear connection to the mission of MCHC.
* Craft your practice around your passion! Primary care, HIV+, MAT/SUD, HCV, we create schedules tailored to you.
* MCHC is celebrating its 33rd year of providing care. Stable and growing.
* Opportunity to train family practice residents if desired.
* Location! Mendocino and Lake County are incredible places to live. You can live on a lake, in a picturesque valley, or in the mountains and still be 5-10 minutes away from the practice and a short drive to major cities.
* We have excellent HPSA scores and many loan repayment options.
Our clinics are located in rural (but not isolated) Northern California, 2 hrs. north of San Francisco and 1 hr. from the Pacific Ocean.
