Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a Family Practice MD/DO to join our Primary Care team. Our definition of primary care includes health equity, mental well-being, and prevention. MCHC provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that include primary care, dental, behavioral health, women’s services, and specialty care services such as Psychiatry. * Sign on and Retention bonus of up to $100,000
* Salary of $270,000 – $300,000

* Highly collaborative and team-oriented environment. You will have support.
* We run a Pod model for our medical team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Primary Care Counselors (LCSWs and Psychologists) to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.
* The team has a clear connection to the mission of MCHC.
* Call is very light, shared with several other providers, and is a second layer phone call after hours only.
* MCHC is celebrating its 33rd year of providing care. Stable and growing.
* Location! Mendocino and Lake County are incredible places to live. You can live on a lake, in a picturesque valley, or in the mountains and still be 5-10 minutes away from the practice and a short drive to major cities.
