* BC or BE required
* Days, Call
* BLS required
* 30 scheduled patients per day in the clinic with 5 in-clinic procedures per day
* General urology- TRUS biopsies of prostate, cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation
* Credentialing needed
* DEA needed
* Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
* Assignment details and time entry in online portal
