Opportunity for primary care NP/PA to join Benson Health, a federally designated rural health center and a 501(c)3 located in Johnston County, just minutes from Raleigh and one of the fastest growing counties in NC. Join a team-based care of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacist, nurses and other support staff working together to meet the needs of our community. ​Benson Health is a robust primary care practice which is part of the UNC Health Alliance and participates in their ACO. We are contracted with most insurance plans and work as part of the Community Care of North Carolina network. We have a bilingual staff and partner with the NC Farmworker Program to provide farmworker clinics from June through October. Clinical pharmacy onsite through partnership with Campbell University and Campbell faculty working with pharmacy students to provide diabetes education, medication education and nutritional counseling. We serve Johnston, Harnett and Sampson counties and offer sliding fee scale program. Compensation model based on RVUs and quality measures along with compensation for physicians for the supervision of APPs.
