Education & Experience Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Maine State license to practice medicine and have a valid DEA number required.

At least two years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner strongly preferred.

Board Certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American College of Nurse Practitioners upon graduation.

Be able to be credentialed at assigned hospitals and contractible on Greater Portland Health insurance plans.

Must not be excluded from participation in federal health care programs.
