Nurse Practitioner – Chicago

FQHC seeking at NP for the Chicago area. Must have English/Spanish. 3 years of experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Graduate degree or post-master certificate required along with completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Specialization in geriatrics preferred. Licensed as an RN and APN in the State of Illinois required, specialty in geriatric care highly preferred. APN Controlled substance license. Full-Time, Monday Through Friday shift with rotating on-call coverage for evenings and weekends.
