The role involves 24-hour beeper coverage with a volume of 4-6 calls per 24-hour period and 0-4 deliveries per shift. The facility uses the EPIC EMR system and has 16 private beds on the maternity floor. It is not a trauma hospital but has full L&D support staff, including permanent doctors, NPs, CNMs, and anesthesia, on the maternity floor and in the ED.
