Position Description

Renown Health, Northern Nevada’s largest and only not-for-profit locally governed healthcare network is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician to join our highly successful medical group. Our dynamic, physician-led team across multiple sites. The Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician will help teach medical students/residents as part of Renown’s Community Faculty with University of Nevada Reno Medical School.
PROGRAM & POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
19 Physician Group with MFM, MIGS, and UroGyn Sub-Specialty support
Experienced CNM and APP providers to support group
Position is open due to organizational and community growth
Flexibility to grow practice between L&D, OR, and Clinic
Strong compensation package with value bonus
Up to $30,000 start-to-work bonus
Health benefits, 401K with Match, CME allowance and more
Board certification and licensure costs covered
Paid Malpractice with 100% Tail Coverage
Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
Teaching facility for University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine

Actual salary offered may vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, an individual’s location and their knowledge, skills, and experience as well as internal equity.
Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in medical specialty.
License(s):
Must possess and maintain a current and valid State of Nevada Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) medicine license. Controlled substance License to Prescribe issued by the State of Nevada and Controlled Substance Registration Certificate issued by the DEA, required.
Certification(s):
Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). If Provider is Board Eligible at time of hire, Board Certification must be obtained within two (2) years of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Certification Life Support (ACLS) required. Prefer American Heart Association (AHA) approved certification, but will accept online certification from American Red Cross Training Services, Advanced Medical Certification, or ACLS Certification Institute.
