Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $437,000 for the first year

Sign-on Bonus: $30,000

Resident Program: $40,000 per year

CME/License/DEA Allocation: $1,000 per year

Paid Time Off:

20 weekdays per year

5 sick days per year

7 paid holidays per year

5 days for CME or personal time

Job Responsibilities:

 Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal care.

Conduct regular well-woman exams and preventive care.

Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and diseases.

Perform surgical procedures as necessary.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.

Participate in on-call rotation, covering weekends 1 in 5 and weekdays 1 in 5.

Additional Information:

After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the ability to make decisions regarding tail coverage and other practice-related matters.

Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.

Requirements:

 Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.

Valid medical license to practice in California.

DEA certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
