Job Summary:
Provide outpatient comprehensive optometric primary care service including: preventative and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment as well as primary optometric care consultation services.
Education:
* Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited university
Experience:
* Three to five years of experience preferred
Certification/Licensure:
* Active Florida License required
* DEA license (optional)
* Certified in prescribing oral medications required
* BLS certification required
