Part time Nurse Midwife position available in Jacksonville, Florida!

Position Highlights:

* Join an established practice with 4 physicians and 4 midwives.

* Patient volume: ~21 patients per day

* Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling

* Assist and work closely with physicians to provide patient care

* Perform patient exams, screenings, treatments, and record patient health history

* Prescribe medications, therapies; order/perform and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Requirements:

* AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife

* Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)

* Master’s degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)

* Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license

* CPR and NALS Certification
* Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
