• Schedule is 12 hour shifts @ 7 on / 7 off Schedule

• Looking for day shift and nocturnal pediatricians

• ~ 2-4 Pediatric Patients / Day

• ~ 10-13 New Borns / Day

• ~ 2-3 Level II Nursery Babies / Day

• ~1,436 Deliveries in 2023

• Present at High-Risk C-Sections and High-Risk Deliveries Only

• EMR- Cerner, both IP & OP Setting

Financial Package – Hospital Employment

• $236,000 Day Shift

• $270,000 Nocturnal Shift

• $100,000 Recruitment Incentives

* $302,024 Nocturnal Shift
* $100,000 Recruitment Incentive
* $1,200/Month APP Supervision Rate
* $15,000 Moving Allowance
* $4,000 CME Allowance/Year
* 7 CME Days
* 14 Paid Days Off
* $1,600 Dues and Subscription Allowance/ Year

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
