Pharmacist

Pharmacy degree from a fully accredited college or university

Minimum of three years of experience as a hospital pharmacist

Current Arizona pharmacist license in good standing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Vacation: _All hours available the first of January each year._ | 20 days (160 hours a year)
Holidays: | Ten (10) days a year
Sick Leave: | Accrue 4 hours per pay period. Paid after six (6) months of service. With a cap at 240 hours.
Disability | Eligible 7 th day up to 13 weeks. 60% of income or maximum $3,000 per week.
Health Insurance | Effective the first of the month after date of hire. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and family. (Children and Spouse are covered immediately.)
Dental Insurance | Eligible after six (6) months of Medical Coverage. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and family.
Vision Insurance | Eligible after six (6) months of Medical Coverage. Paid 100% by hospital for employee and family.
Life Insurance | Effective date of hire. 1 and 1½ times salary. Paid 100% by hospital.
Retirement Plan: 403B | Enroll immediately. Employer contribution after 90 days at 3% of salary less vacation and sick pay—3 years vesting.
