Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Operations
Manager, or Pharmacy Clinical Manager, the Clinical Pharmacist is responsible
for providing general clinical and pharmacy services. This includes
supervision of technical staff. The Clinical Pharmacist provides
individualized pharmaceutical care for the patient and performs other
functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the
organization and code of conduct of HCA and in accordance with federal, state
and local regulations. Employee will recognize the population specific needs
of all patients.

# What qualifications you will need:

* Bachelors Degree, or Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) required

• Registered pharmacist with current Texas license required
• 1 year of experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
• Must be IV certified

Medical City Fort Worth is a 350+ bed full-service Magnet Designated hospital.
It is located in the heart of the medical district. Medical City Fort Worth
serves as a tertiary referral center for Tarrant County and many counties
within a 90 mile radius. We offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment
services. Our specialties include cardiac care, neurosciences and oncology. We
have surgical services, orthopedics, kidney transplants and emergency care. We
offer three ER locations, including two off campus ER located in Burleson and
