Position Description
The physical therapist will provide direct patient care and documenation for patients of all ages, birth through geriatric, to enhance physical health and functional abilities. The physical therapist will also cary out other operational duties for the Rehabiliation Department as indicated and provide physical therapy to outreach sites as indicated.
* Plan, prepareor carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, or prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
