We have a unique opportunity for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our growing full-service rehab department in the heart of Northeast North Dakota. If you are a compassionate, skilled PT who wants to make a significant impact on the health and healing of patients in a rural community, apply today.

Your medical career happens at NDHC, an independently owned healthcare center providing professional care to individuals from infants through older adults. You’ll work with patients in our critical access hospital as well as outpatients from infants to adults who receive care through our full-service therapy team.

You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment with 21 coworkers where you are encouraged to take the time needed to care for your patients. With a manageable patient load, you will have time to complete charting, consult with others on patient care teams, and develop friendships and camaraderie with coworkers. You will be supported to grow your practice in a new and expanded therapy department, part of a $39.5 million renovation and construction project underway that is transforming our therapy services.

A Master’s degree with current ND and MN physical therapy license (or ability to receive licenses) is required for this position.

This opportunity comes with a generous total compensation package that includes competitive pay starting at $38 – $43/hour, based on related experience, and benefits including paid time off, 401k match up to 4%, annual continuing education stipend, and insurance options that begin on the first of the month after hire date.

This position will remain open until we meet the right person to fill this role.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation Range:

$50,000 – $100,000
