Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will be performing outpatient and home health physical therapy services. They will assess, treat, and monitor patients; perform all necessary paperwork and reports, plan and develop new programs; maintain communication with patient, patient’s family and physicians and contract site staff. This is a full-time position Education Requirements: Bachelors (B.A., B.S.), master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy Experience. Additional Requirements: Physical Therapy board certification and licensure according to state regulations. Supervisor’s license as required by the state Valid Driver’s license.
