🔍 Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and functional limitations

* Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, incorporating exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions

* Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care

* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries

* Provide valuable guidance on lifestyle modifications and preventive measures to promote optimal physical health

✔️ Required:

* Current or eligible PT licensure in the State of Maine

* Valid driver’s license

* Availability to work Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays
