As a Physical Therapist with VNA Health Group, you’ll help patients regain mobility, improve quality of life, and achieve their rehabilitation goals—all while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs

* Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians

* Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition

* Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards

What You Need to Succeed:

* Valid NJ Physical Therapy License​
* 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills

* Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:

Combination of indoor/outdoor settings, home visits, and community locations

Frequent driving, standing, walking, lifting, and using technology for documentation
