As a part of a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, this position works collaboratively across all departments to remove barriers for accessing healthcare, incorporating standard medical practices and health center policies into their clinical practice to provide quality care commensurate with training and licensure. Care delivered includes comprehensive health wellness, preventive and medical care to multicultural, multilingual patients.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Promise is seeking an experienced (2 years minimum) Advanced Practice Clinician. Certification as a Physician Assistant and completion of required Physician Assistant Program or MSN or higher degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois or eligible for license in Illinois. DEA required.

Weekdays (8-5)
