The schedule for this opportunity consists of 4 days per week. No holiday or weekend office hours.

Call: Rotating call 1:4

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:

Successful completion of an accredited PA/NP program

Master’s Degree

Active & current State of Michigan License

Active & current DEA registration

Current & Active controlled substance license

PA/NP Certification

BLS Certification

Minimum 1 year experience in family medicine, preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in electronic health records, preferred
