SMMC seeks an experienced and energetic physician assistant. As a provider at Steele Memorial, you will have the opportunity to practice the full spectrum of family medicine, including procedures. We are seeking a provider to provide quality, comprehensive and personalized primary care services for our patients. Our multi-disciplinary care team is a unique model of fully integrated medical and behavioral health care with licensed therapists and care managers. Our team consists of many specialists, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed behavioral health provider, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and care coordinators. We serve a rural community, with a varied population. The health center provides extensive community health and prevention programs and school-based services.
