Physician Associate Opportunity located in the heart of Umpqua Valley

VRFM is a well established 4 Provider Practice (1MD, 1NP-retiring, 2PAs) in Roseburg, OR. The position is outpatient based, with office hours from 0830-1700, and an 1-1.5 hour lunch break. Position is only “outpatient call” coverage (phone), with alternating weekly coverage with other providers. We provide care to a mix of Medicare, Medicaid, and Ins/Private Pay patients. We offer a capable procedure room depending upon level of training/experience for skin procedures, casting, wound care, etc.

Duties are typical of Family Medicine Provider duties such as:

* Provide acute, routine, and well appointments.
* Educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits
* Adult, Child, and Infant Care/Exams
* Managing overall patient care regarding lifestyle and development issues
* Emphasizing preventative care and disease management

Education & Experience Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.​
* Licensed to practice in the State of Oregon with prescriptive authority and DEA.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)

Compensation:

Pay: $115,000.00 – $150,000.00 (per year)

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
