Physician – ER/Hospitalist/Urgent Care – Sedgwick County Health Center (Julesburg, CO) Full-Time | 7on/7off | $315K Salary + Sign on Bonus + Relocation + Full Benefits H&H Leadership Solutions invites you to explore the outstanding Physician opportunity with Sedgwick County Health Center! Located close to the Colorado/Nebraska border, Sedgwick County Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital with 15 licensed beds, a 32-bed nursing home and a 20-unit assisted living facility. They operate three provider clinics, one in Julesburg, CO, one in Big Springs, NE, and one in Chappell, NE. Schedule: Block Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off Call Model: 24-hour continuous call during your 7-day block For 3 of the 7 days, APPs handle first call, and you provide backup/trauma support Backup Support: For 3 of the 7 days, provide backup support to APPs. Urgent Care: During the on-call days, handle limited urgent care cases in the clinic. Clinical Details: Low Patient Volumes: Emergency Department: ~4–5 patients/day Inpatient Census: ~2 patients/day Limited urgent care clinic visits during 1st call days EMR: Cerner Support Staff: Strong nursing, hospital staff, and APP team Scope: ED, Inpatient, Swing Bed, Urgent Care Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited program. Board certified/board eligible in Urgent Care, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Eligible for Colorado medical licensure. Current CPR, BLS, ATLS & ACLS Certifications Current DEA.
