Wayne Health Medical Clinic is a growing Family Medicine practice and we are looking for you to join.

Responsibilities:

* Physicals
* Preventive care
* Management of chronic health conditions
* Sick visits
* Annual exams
* Immunizations
* Acute walk-in care

Qualifications:

* Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school
* Board Certified
* One or more years of full panel FM experienced preferred
* New graduates are highly welcomed
* North Carolina licensed or in progress
* BLS & ACLS certified

Incentives:
• Sign-On Bonus up to $25,000
• Relocation assistance up to $12,000
• Residency Stipend up to $1,500 per month during final 2 years of Residency
• Student Loan Forgiveness up to $30,000 per year, paid at the end of each year for the first 5 years. Up to $150,000 total over 5 years
