Physician – Rheumatology

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

Practice Details:

Primarily based in at the M Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming in Wyoming, Minnesota; but may also provide services to the surrounding communities

The position will partner and mentor with an Advance Practice Provider in rheumatology in the clinic

While there will be one Rheumatologist at this site, there are colleagues available across the integrated system

We have an exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the care system. A full integrated EMR system is in place (EPIC)

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program

BC/BE with the ABMS

Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure

Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota

Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

Compensation:

$317,250 – $352,500 / Annual *based on full time 1.0 FTE

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
