Practice Primary Care and Urgent Care in the Beautiful Adirondack Region of NY!
The Opportunity:
Glens Falls Hospital is seeking an experienced PA/NP to join our primary care teams in Cambridge and Granville NY
Join a well-established Primary Care practice that is part of the Glens Falls Hospital Employed Provider Network
Glens Falls Hospital Specialty Practices and Hospitalist Service provide solid support to the Primary Care teams
Strong nursing and administrative support
On site Medical Imaging and Lab Services
Cerner EMR and transitioning to Epic in September 2024
Full time, Monday-Friday or a four day work week schedule is available
Telephone call only with average commitment of three weeks per year

Glens Falls Hospital is a 391-bed ANCC Magnet Recognized community hospital and is an affiliate of the Albany Med Health System.
Base compensation range based on experience: $104,252-$121,283

Compensation:
Base compensation range based on experience: $104,252-$121,283 + productivity bonus
