Position Description
As a CenterWell physician, you’ll be more than a doctor. You’ll be a true health ally, delving into your patients’ lives to understand their health beyond the exam room. You’ll have the chance to get to know your patients, spending quality time to understand their unique needs and circumstances.

– Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Enjoy your weekends and 8 paid holidays off.
– Need flexibility? We’ve got you covered.
– You’ll be part of a robust team, working alongside Advanced Practitioners and a dedicated Care Team.
– Our patient volume (12-15 per day) allows you to spend more time with each patient.
– Extended appointment slots (up to 40 minutes) to ensure comprehensive care.
– Play a key role in your Care Team’s daily huddles.
You’ll focus 100% on direct patient care, from face-to-face time to tasks related to patient care.
Our ideal candidate:
– Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
– Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license
– Ideally has 2-5 years of applicable experience
– Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
– Has experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with an understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care environment
– Knows Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators.
