Primary Care Physician – Pediatrics

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Pediatrician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details:

* 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.

* Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.

* 34 patient contact hours per week.

* Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month

* Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures.

* Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE – Flexible schedule

* As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

* Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

* H1B Visa accepted.

Onsite specialties:

Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.

Onsite services:

Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.

Qualifications

* Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Pediatrics residency training program.

* BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.

* Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.

* Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

* Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

Compensation:

$245,862/$273,180 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)

Compensation Range:

$100,000 +
