Position Information
The Roseburg VA Mental Health Service has clinical staff and leadership Psychologist opportunities. Education Loan Repayment and Recruitment incentives may be authorized. Opportunities include teams in Behavioral Health Integration, Primary Care Mental Health Integration, PTSD, Substance Abuse, Adjustment Psychiatric Unit, and Program Management.
As a psychologist at the VA, you help heal and care for Veterans with a focus on recovery and care that empowers Veterans and their families to take charge of their well-being and pursue fuller lives. From counseling to emergency services, VA Psychologists do what it takes to help Veterans Reclaim their mental and emotional freedom.
The Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) consists of a medical center located in Roseburg, OR, and VA clinics located in Eugene, Brookings, and North Bend, OR. RVAHCS offers primary care, surgical, long-term care, and mental health inpatient and outpatient services to eligible veterans who reside in Central and Southern Oregon (Douglas, Lane, Coos, and Curry Counties) and Northern California (Del Norte County). RVAHCS also operates the Downtown Eugene VA Clinic, consisting of a Homeless Program, a Homeless Housing Program with the Department of Health and Human Services (HUD/VASH), and Substance Abuse and Vocational Rehabilitation services.
