What You’ll Do:
* Manage with Purpose: Oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Department, ensuring top-notch imaging services and patient care.
* Lead a Talented Team: Supervise, train, and inspire our radiology staff, fostering a collaborative environment that puts patients first.
* Champion Quality: Implement and maintain quality assurance practices, ensuring compliance with all regulations and a focus on patient safety.
* Enhance Patient Experience: Work cross-functionally with healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care, addressing concerns and supporting positive health outcomes.
* Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and keep our department up-to-date with the latest in radiologic technology.
What We’re Looking For:
* Education: Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s preferred).
* Certification: Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Radiologic Technologist, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for rural healthcare and community service.

* Pay: $39.42 – $60.25 per hour
* Expected hours: 40 per week
