Regional Medical Center Seeks Medical Laboratory Technician

Our regional medical center is searching for a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to work in our regional lab, performing lab testing used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases to ensure the best care possible to patients. Our designated Level III Trauma Center has been serving the local community in a six-county radius since 1961. Responsibilities:

Prepare samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms, monitor tests and procedures, analyze the chemical constant of fluids, match blood for transfusions, and test drug level in the blood.

Communicate and collaborate as needed with the laboratory team.

Qualifications:

Associates degree with MLT certification or bachelor’s degree in science or current medical technologist – ASCP certified

Work Schedule: Full time
