Registered Nurse

Has principle responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each assigned patient. Plans, provides, and documents discharge planning, teaching, and educates patients, family or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care. Assures the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel.

Education & Experience Requirements:

1. Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
2. Must be licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing and have license must be in good standing.
3. Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS. TNCC preferred.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays (8-5)
