Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of
a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing
excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the
unique ability to “float” between several different areas across the nursing
spectrum.
What will you do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and
confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
2years’of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
BSN is preferred

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Other-Fingerprint Required
  • Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
