A Good Life Home Care Agency is a Georgia Pediatric Program that provides In-Home Healthcare services to Medically Fragile Children in need of Skilled, Unskilled, and/or Behavioral Services in the comfort of their home.

We have a case for immediate hire in Lawrenceville for LPN $30-$36, and RN $46-$54PH, 7yrs old, Male, Cerebral palsy, nice clean family, Spanish speaking, no pets. This could be part-time to supplement your income or full time. The client gets home at 4:20pm, so the hours will be at that time or after and weekends are flexible. *Nursing services:*

Ambulation – assist the client with walking from one place to another Transfer – assist the client with moving from bed to wheelchair or vice versa Positioning of clients –

Observation – observe the client for any changes in condition such as but not limited to, signs of pain, change in appetite, weight loss/gain, change in vital signs and change in complexion

Medication administration

*RN and LPN Qualifications:*

BLS Certified

Georgia RN /LPN License

Clean criminal background check

Negative TB test

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess experience in the following areas:

– Pediatric Care – Medically Fragile

– Patient care

– Critical care nursing
