Job Summary and Qualifications

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus
We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a
phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing
excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for
our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various
drips.
What will you will do in this role:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree; BSN is preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• CCRN preferred
