LHGS has full and part time LPN positions available for our night and day shifts. Your purpose as our nurse is to assure the safety of our residents, maintain continuity of care, and strive to maintain each resident at their highest level of function available.

Salary Range: $22.98-$29.15 depending on experience.

*FT Sign on Incentive is $10,000
*PT Sign on Incentive is $7,500.

*Sign on Incentives are paid out quarterly in a 15 month contract.
*Paid Shift Differentials for weekend hours and worked between 2PM and 6AM and Additional Shift Pickup Pay

Full Time Day Nurse Rotation 2: Work 4 days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Off 2 days: Monday, Tuesday. Work 2 days: Wednesday, Thursday. Off 6 days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Repeat

Day Shift runs from 6AM to 6PM with a weekend and holiday rotation.

Education: North Dakota LPN Licensure Required
