RN Process Improvement Resource Nurse
_Work onsite in our Virtual Center in Denver_ Duties include Process
Improvement, Quality, Education Must have 2 years in Acute Critical Care

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a HealthONE Division Virtual Registered Nurse you will be part of an
amazing group of 7 Denver metro area hospitals that include: The Medical
Center of Aurora, North Suburban Medical Center, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s
Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Rose Medical Center, Sky
Ridge Medical Center and Swedish Medical Center.
The Virtual Registered Nurse demonstrates advanced knowledge, skills and
understands the unique aspects of the population served in the care of his/her
patients. Will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing
care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for
guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations.
Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among
healthcare team members. The Registered Nurse may rotate to areas other than
his/her assigned service area/s, and will perform only those duties for which
he/she has demonstrated competency.
# What qualifications you will need:
* Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- Graduate of a certified School of Nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
- _Minimum of at least two years of RN experience in critical care setting._
