Hours: Full-time (32 hours per week or more)

At Curry Village, we’re looking for a friendly and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team! If you love helping others communicate, swallow safely, and get back to living their best lives, this might be the perfect job for you! 😊 Who doesn’t want to live on the Southern Oregon Coast? You can see the ocean from the rehab gym! You’ll be working with a dynamic PT/OT team to round out our therapy dream team, treating post-acute patients, long term maintenance programs and Outpatients (get to receive continuity of care by returning to us after their skilled stay).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assess and treat residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders (Yes, you’ll be a lifesaver—literally!).

Develop personalized therapy plans that are fun, effective, and full of positive energy!

Work closely with our vibrant team of nurses, doctors, and other therapists to provide top-notch care.

Track progress and document improvements (we’re big on celebrations when our residents hit milestones!).

Engage residents in a variety of therapy activities (games, conversations, and even a little laughter along the way).

Educate families and staff about speech and swallowing issues—you’re the expert they’ll look up to!

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (you’ve earned those initials behind your name!).

Current SLP licensure (we’re all about that professional magic).

Experience in skilled nursing or a passion for learning about this setting (we’ll teach you the ropes, no worries).

A friendly, compassionate approach to care that will make both residents, and their families feel at ease.
